What are the electrical requirements for the equipment?

All of our projectors can operate off of a standard 120v 15-20 amp outlet.

Is it possible to connect our own laptop or streaming device to the equipment?

Of course! Popular connections on our projectors are: HDMI (Recommended), DVI, SDI, and VGA. Other connection types can be made, but may require a dongle or conversion device to make the connection. We can provide and help you make these connections if needed.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charged are based on distance from our warehouse location, and usually range from $100- 300 round trip depending on time of day and a few other factors.

Do you offer the option of early deliveries and late returns?

Yes, we can be flexible when needed. Please communicate any unique logistical needs with us at the time of order placement. 

What is the booking lead time for your services?

We operate on  a first come first served platform. If you would like to lock in services for your date a signed contract and deposit will need to be made. We can continue to make modifications to your order after confirming with us.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, ACH bank transfers, Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App. Checks are also accepted but must be sent ahead of time.

Which areas do you provide service to?

We primarily service the greater phoenix area, and are willing to travel to outlying communities such as Tucson, Flagstaff, Sedona, Prescott and more.
